Stories of Change: Manitowoc County's Journey into Coordinated Services
Manitowoc County conducted a study of their CST process by interviewing team members, service providers, and families involved in the CST process. The above report highlights results of the interviews including identified strengths and needs of the CST process, as well as family success stories.
