This training is for service coordinators, parents, and team members who wish to learn the basics of service coordination, team facilitation, and team membership responsibilities.
This interactive, two-day training will guide participants through the principles of collaborative systems of care, building relationships with families, development of the family team, service coordination & team facilitation, strength-based assessment, development of the Plan of Care - including Crisis Response Plans, conflict management, and transition.
This training prepares participants as "Reliable CANS Raters" and is required for ISP and CST Service Coordinators prior to using the CANS tool with children and families.

Twice annually, Project Directors from Counties and Tribes with ISP or CST initiatives meet for a business and networking meeting. Representation is expected from sites receiving ISP or CST grant funding.
The 2010 Project Director's Meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, April 13th, and Tuesday, October 12th, 2010 at the Holiday Inn in Stevens Point from 10:00 - 4:00.
Beginning January 1, 2007 representatives from Counties and Tribes receiving ISP or CST funding are expected to attend 2 one-day regional training days (additional regional meetings may take place as needed). These two regional training days are in place of the two statewide training days that were required in prior years.
