Statewide CST MeetingsAnnually staff from Counties and Tribes developing or sustaining CST initiatives meet for an educational and networking meeting. Representation is expected from sites receiving CST funding.
Sites with CST initiatives are required to report data for children enrolled in the areas of education, juvenile justice involvement, living environment, and CANS-Comprehensive scores. This data is entered on a regular basis into a web-based data collection system (PPS). The Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (DMHSAS) holds periodic trainings to orient individuals to the system,
Care Coordination Fundamentals WorkshopsThis workshop is intended for care coordinators/team facilitators, team members, and family members who wish to learn the fundamentals of the Coordinated Services Team process, with an emphasis on care coordination and team facilitation responsibilities and skills.
Wisconsin Wraparound Educational VideosThese videos are intended for youth and families, coordinating committee members, care coordinators and service facilitators, or anyone thinking about being involved in a wraparound process. The videos are free to watch for everyone. They will give you a complete foundation so that you can get started using this process to support youth and families.
