Information on resources and supports including the HOPELINE, statistics, events, support groups, training, and more.

Child Psychiatry Consultation Program (CPCP) The goal of the CPCP is to improve mental health care for children in state of Wisconsin by educating primary care providers, as well as providing timely consultation with child psychiatrists, child psychologists, and social workers so primary care providers can deliver better-informed mental health care. 
 
Disability Rights Wisconsin (DRW)
Disability Rights Wisconsin is a private nonprofit organization designated to ensure the rights of all state citizens with disabilities through individual advocacy and system change. DRW helps people across Wisconsin gain access to services and opportunity through its advocacy and legal expertise. We regularly challenge systems and society to create positive change and improve the lives of people with disabilities.

Full Life Ahead Foundation
A non-profit organization providing assistance, support, and training with the transition planning of moving an individual with a disability from high school into adult life.



​National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) - Wisconsin
A nonprofit, grassroots, self-help, support and advocacy organization of consumers, families, and friends of people with severe mental illnesses.

National Center for Innovation and Excellence (NCFIE)
 is a dynamic community dedicated to developing youth, strengthening families, and building strong communities.  Through the advancement of best and evidence based practices, system reform initiatives, and high fidelity wraparound, the NCFIE cadre of resources, services, training and consultation exist to advance the establishment and sustainability of family driven Systems of Care across the United States and Canada.

National Wraparound Initiative (NWI) The NWI works to promote understanding about the components and benefits of wraparound, and to provide the field with resources to facilitate high quality and consistent wraparound implementation.  

Peer-Run Respite
Peer run respites are for individuals living with mental health or substance use concerns. These places offer a supportive, home-like environment during times of increased stress or symptoms. Stays are short-term, typically no longer than one week.

​Tribal Affairs Office
The Tribal Affairs Office assists the Wisconsin Department of Health Services in maintaining an effective government-to-government relationship with the eleven recognized Wisconsin Tribal Governments and the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council.

WI FACETS
Wisconsin Family Assistance Center for Education, Training and Support, Inc. (WI FACETS) is a nonprofit organization serving Wisconsin children and adults with disabilities, their families and those who support them. A great resource for parents!

​Wisconsin Family Ties (WFT)
WFT is a statewide non-profit organization run by families for families that include children and adolescents who have emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders. WFT offers resource and support to families in the areas of: support groups; sharing of information on laws, school issues, behavioral & emotional disorders, and other resources; and by sponsoring workshops and conferences for parents and professionals in the area of emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders and the effect they have on children & families.

Wisconsin Office of Children's Mental Health

Wisconsin PROMISE  Youth age 14 to 16 who are SSI (Social Security Supplemental Security Income) recipients are eligible to participate in this program. Wisconsin Promise will help youth and their families meet their school and work goals in order to better their income and financial stability, reducing poverty.

Youth in Transition - You Can Work!  Wisconsin's Department of Health Services (DHS) works closely with the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and the Department of Workforce Development's (DWD) Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to support youth with disabilities while transitioning to adult life and work. This site offers several transition resources.
