Foundations of Wisconsin Wraparound Video Series
The Foundations of Wisconsin Wraparound video series is intended for anyone thinking about being involved in a wraparound process, the team-based approach for delivering services to children with emotional and behavioral health challenges in their homes and communities. The child and their family are centered in the healing process. Their goals, hopes, and dreams provide the direction. Youth and their families join together with service providers and other natural supports from the community to organize a wraparound team. The wraparound team works together to create and implement a plan of care that serves as a roadmap to guide the provision of services to the youth and family. The wraparound team is led by a care coordinator who is trained and experienced in the wraparound process. This video series will give you the knowledge needed to get started using the wraparound process to support youth and families. |
